We understand that travel plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds on ferry bookings made through OCEANCRU.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours before departure: Full refund (100%)
  • 12–24 hours before departure: 75% refund
  • 6–12 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 6 hours before departure: No refund

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Special Circumstances

In case of ferry cancellations due to weather conditions, technical issues, or operational reasons, passengers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, contact our customer support team with your booking reference number. Cancellations must be requested before the departure time to be eligible for a refund.
