Booking Terms

By making a booking through OCEANCRU, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the ferry operator. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Passenger Responsibilities

• Arrive at the port at least 30 minutes before departure
• Carry valid government-issued photo identification
• Ensure children are accompanied by a responsible adult
• Do not carry prohibited or dangerous items onboard

Vehicle Transport

If transporting a vehicle, you must provide accurate dimensions and weight. Vehicles must meet safety standards and be properly secured. Additional charges may apply for oversized vehicles.

Liability

OCEANCRU acts as a booking platform connecting passengers with ferry operators. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents caused by weather conditions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
